MG House - garsoniera in loc de camera la hotel

Ce face un investitor istet, cand dupa ce a construit un bloc cu garsoniere vine criza si nu mai poate vinde garsonierele? Le inchriaza in regim hotelier. Intr-o astfel de garsoniera am stat doua zile la Iasi. Blocul este situate pe str. Ion Creanga la nr. 87; adica la cateva minute de mers pana in centrul orasului sau pana la Mall. Avantajul este ca are parcare proprie gratuita si ca am avut o usoara senzatie, ca ar fi propria mea garsoniera. Dealtfel in tot orasul nu am vazut sa fie [...] — citește
