Hotelul merită punctaj maxim pentru amplasare: deși într-o zonă neinteresantă din punct de vedere turistic, Atahotel Linea Uno e vizavi de intrarea la metrou - staţia Turro, pe linia roşie M1 (în total 5 stații de la Stazione Centrale). Linea Uno Hotel este compus din două corpuri de clădire, unul mai înalt - cu 7 etaje, celălalt - cu trei.
