Nu se pastreaza rezervarile

Am sunat saptamana trecuta, miercuri 8.08.2012, pt. a rezerva o camera dubla cu baie la aceasta pensiune pentru 4 nopti. Desi initial proprietara mi-a spus ca e ok si imi va pastra camera doar in baza acordului telefonic, cand am sunat din nou azi sa ma asigur ca avem camera rezervata dansa s-a prefacut ca nu ma cunoaste si ca nu exista nicio rezervare pe numele meu, iar dupa ce am mai insistat mi-a spus ca defapt e o problema ca si-au prelungit alti turisti sejurul si de aceea nu mai au [...] — citește
