Hotelul in sine, Ritz-Carlton Hotel, clasificat de americani la patru stele plus, este definit de catre site-urile de turism ca un hotel de lux... termenul exact folosit de ei este "luxury"… Ce sanse aveam sa constat ca in acel hotel una dinre cele mai eficiente si profesioniste angajate vorbea engleza cu accent romanesc si se numea...
