My son got intoxicated the second day after he ate at Karteros. We could not rest at all because the hotel is at 1 km from the place where planes take off and it was a tremendous noise even with windows closed. Hotel proaspat renovat, curat, camere ok, tv, frigider, cada+dus, telefon, radio, uscator de par, slab izolate insa (se cam auzeau vecinii galagiosi). Bucataria de mare exceptie, feluri variate de mancare, multa cantitativ, la discretie. Plaja la 2 pasi insa ajunsesem la sfarsitul sezonului si era dezafectata... avantajul hotelului e ca e intr-o zona mai retrasa de la marginea Heraklionului (cam 7 km) pentru cei linistiti, pentru petrecareti nu prea sunt multe in zona... Am fost in acest hotel impreuna cu prietena mea la inceput de septembrie in anul 2006. Am ajuns seara pe la orele 20.00 si am fost intampinati de patronul hotelului, Ilias, ne-a asezat bagajele langa receptie si ne-a poftit la masa. I-am spus ca ar trebui sa mergem mai intai in camera sa ne schimbam etc., insa el nu si nu, ca suntem obosite de pe drum si infometate si trebuie neaparat sa mergem la masa.
