In general hotelul este ok, mai putin unele mici probleme cum ar fi: - izolarea proasta a camerelor (se aude clar dintr-o camera in alta) - nu se schimba lenjeria/prosoapele nici la 5-6 zile. Decent

Pozitia hotelului este frumoasa, inspre iesirea din Borsa, iar imprejurimile sunt superbe. Infrastructura statiunii este insa cam la pamant, drumul spre Borsa fiind plin de gropi. Hotelul are dotari decente, insa mobilierul din camere este destul de vechi, iar personalul nu este extraordinar. De mentionat si frumoasa priveliste din balcon spre telecabina si inceputul traseului spre Cascada Cailor.
